Our meetings use telephone voice conferencing and synchronized web pages, and they are webcast.
The voice calls are encoded and streamed to allow members to listen in without expensive telephone charges.
Members may call in to join the conference call, even after meeting is in progress, then hang up at any time to save charges. Please note that there is a seven-second delay on the web audio stream.
How to arrange and join one of our online meetings.
- Schedule a date and time.
- Best if you just announce a time and see how many people can join at that time. We will learn what the best times are for our friends around the world.
- At the agreed upon time, call 1-413-200-7075.
- When prompted, enter our password, followed by #. Ask Bob Doyle for the conference password.
- Log in to the shared eMeeting page.
- Optionally listen to the audio stream on the web.
- We will archive the audio at cmprofessionals.org/av/.
