Analytics tools are generally add-on products to large CM System software. But you can buy them or use free open-source tools to analyze your website performance, whatever its size.

WebSideStory is now integrating their HBX Analytics in their hosted content management system.

Big news in Analytics is that Google has acquired Urchin Stats and offers a free web service called Google Analytics.
